Solutions for Enhancing the Logistics and Technical Potential of Defensive Zones in Building a Strong and Modern All-People National Defense

The article clarifies the position and role of the logistics and technical potential of defensive zones as a direct constituent element of national defense potential, playing a crucial role in generating defense strength and ensuring the operational capability of armed forces under all circumstances. Based on an analysis of the new context, particularly the rapid development of science and technology and emerging non-traditional security challenges, the article elaborates the requirements for transforming the support model toward modernization, digitalization, and dual-use integration. At the same time, it identifies three core components 4-2026 133 and the fundamental characteristics of logistics and technical potential within defensive zones. On that basis, the article proposes a system of comprehensive and synchronized solutions aimed at effectively enhancing this potential, thereby contributing to the building of a strong and modern all-people national defense and meeting the requirements of safeguarding the Fatherland in the new context.
