On June 21, 1925, Thanh Nien(Youth Newspaper) - The official publication of the Vietnamese Revolutionary Youth League - released its first issue, marking the inception of Vietnam’s revolutionary press. Over the course of a century (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025), the revolutionary press of Vietnam has served as a vanguard force in defending the ideological foundations of the Communist Party. It has actively refuted hostile and distorted viewpoints, making significant contributions to the nation’s struggle for liberation, the building of socialism, and the firm defense of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. It has actively countered hostile and distorted narratives, confronting false claims propagated by reactionary and adversarial forces. Through its efforts, the press has made vital contributions to Vietnam’s national liberation, socialist construction, and the protection of its socialist homeland.
